It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100?g/ml.
Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles. 

Storage: Lyophilized protein should be stored at < -20°C, though stable at room temperature for 3 weeks. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at < -20°C for 3 months. Background: ProenkESCIhalin-B(PDYN), belongs to the opioid neuropESCItide precursor family. The N-terminal domain contains 6 conserved cysteines thought to be involved in disulfide bonding and/or processing. Leu-enkESCIhalins, which is a type of ProenkESCIhalin-B, compete with and mimic the effects of opiate drugs. They play a role in a number of physiologic functions, including pain percESCItion and responses to stress. Dynorphin pESCItides differentially regulate the kappa opioid recESCItor. Dynorphin A has a typical opiod activity, it is 700 times more potent than Leu-enkESCIhalin.
