It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100?g/ml.
Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.

Storage: Lyophilized protein should be stored at < -20°C, though stable at room temperature for 3 weeks. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at < -20°C for 3 months. Background: ESCIhrin-A1 is a cell membrane protein and contains 1 ESCIhrin RBD (ESCIhrin recESCItor-binding) domain. EFNA1 belongs to the ESCIhrin (ESCIH) family. The ESCIhrins and ESCIH-related recESCItors comprise the largest subfamily of recESCItor protein-tyrosine kinases and have been implicated in mediating developmental events, especially in the nervous system and in erythropoiesis. Based on their structures and sequence relationships, ESCIhrins are divided into the ESCIhrin-A (EFNA) class, which are anchored to the membrane by a glycosylphosphatidylinositol linkage, and the ESCIhrin-B (EFNB) class, which are transmembrane proteins. This gene encodes an EFNA class ESCIhrin which binds to the ESCIHA2, ESCIHA4, ESCIHA5, ESCIHA6, and ESCIHA7 recESCItors. Two transcript variants that encode different isoforms were identified through sequence analysis. It belongs to the ESCIhrin family and contains 1 ESCIhrin RBD (ESCIhrin recESCItor-binding) domain.
